Job insequrity. Client satisfaction. Fatigue. Work stress. Enhancing and inhibiting factors of coping with stress. Risk factors for job stress. The concept of burnout.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to analyze work-related situations from the psychological perspective;
- is able to apply one´s basic knowledge of organizational psychology to practice;
- is able to choose out adequate methods to rise motivation and satisfaction with job and coping with stress;
- understands motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes toward job and the mechanisms of developing job stress.
