Course aims

The aim of the course is to support the teacher's ability to advise colleagues and students on educational technology issues and to plan the development of the digital field at school.

Brief description of the course

Technological developments. Analysis of the organization's digital infrastructure, opportunities for acquiring and managing digital infrastructure. ICT budget. Nature, creation and principles of digital development plan, analysis of development plans. Planning, managing and implementing projects in the field. Counseling techniques. Teamwork. Planning and conducting internal trainings. Quality and creation of guides and study materials.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- analyzes the role and opportunities of technology in your organization;
- advises colleagues on the use of digital tools using various methods (instructional materials, trainings, individual counseling, etc.).
