Course aims

A subject of the teacher-training programm (Teacher of Mathematics as minor). Acquiring the experience in teaching mathematics in the second school level.

Brief description of the course

Getting acquainted with the practical side of teaching mathematics in basic school. Monitoring and analysing mathematics lessons with the methodology teacher and the subject teacher. Giving mathematics lessons for 3 weeks in one of the classes in basic school.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to plan the lessons based on state curriculum;
- is able to carry out his lesson plans;
- is able to reflect upon his lessons.
