To enable the student to gain experience and develop as a subject teacher.
Brief description of the course
The student participates in the beginning and end of the practice seminar organized by the department's subject methodologists and the head methodologist at the university and school. The student, as an intern-teacher, observes and listens to the lessons of his specialty, prepares observation-listening outlines, analyzes the lessons held together with the teacher; familiarizes himself with the school as a system to which he is assigned for internship; fills in the practice folder regularly. The student studies independently as a trainee teacher, i.e. teaches lessons (not 8 hours a week), which involves the preparation of practical lesson outlines; the student discusses with the subject teacher(s) and the subject methodologist(s). The student performs the tasks assigned by the subject methodologist(s). If possible, organizes and conducts a subject-related event. The student submits the practice folder to the subject teacher(s), the subject methodologist(s) and the head methodologist of the department. The student attends the prescribed number of lessons in his specialty and prepares written observation-listening notes for each observed lesson, which he submits to the subject teacher/methodologist during the lessons or the following days and adds them to the practice folder. The synopsis must contain information about the lesson conducted by the teacher according to the prescribed scheme. The student prepares lesson outlines, which he submits to the subject teacher and the subject methodologist at least 2 days before the corresponding lesson. As an intern-teacher, the student plans and conducts at least one subject-related event (excursion, study trip, etc.).
