and offers various methods for studying them and engaging in social action. The programme develops an understanding and application of the methodologies used in different fields of research, thereby contributing to improved environmental communication and to the planning and implementation of interdisciplinary projects. The aim of the minor is to teach the use of relevant terminology and methods, and thus to strengthen students’ ability to discuss environmental topics across disciplinary boundaries.
The minor offers an opportunity to:
understand the complex interconnections between the environment and human cultures;
become familiar with different disciplines, their methods and terminology;
develop students’ ability to apply their knowledge in interdisciplinary cooperation. Learning outcomes
