Brief description of the course
The role and developmental directions of personnel management. Planning human resources.
Planning the process of recruitment and selection. Management of results.
Management of talent. Development of personnel. Developing the value of payment. Evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management. Peculiarities of personnel management in international organizations.
Depending on the specific topic of the lecture, the methods include interactive, involving lecture, independent work with literature followed by a group discussion, group work, discussions in pairs and sociometric exercises.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- orienteers in the contemporary methods and developmental directions of personnel management;
- is able to analyze the suitability of different techniques of human resources management for a specific organization;
- is able to plan the process of personnel management on the level of strategic management.
