Course aims

Students know how to set teaching objectives, are familiar with tuition methods and forms, are able to plan, organise, monitor and evaluate the training process.

Brief description of the course

History of teaching geography. Planning and the objective of teaching. Methods of Assessment. Applying subject-related methods. Teaching materials. Integration of geography with other subjects. Assessment and testing of pupils knowledge.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- can plan and lead up studyprocess;
- can shape study milieu;
- can supervise students studies;
- supports motivation of studing.
