Brief description of the course
The course deals with various types of marketing communication and has both theoretical and practical elements. The topics dealt with include the notion of marketing communication, launching marketing, organising and managing an advertising campaign, sales promotion, direct marketing and managing the consumer relationship in marketing communication, customers, telephone sales, sponsorship, public relations.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has an overview and knowledge of modern marketing principles and communication facilities
