Build conditions for student teams to create strategic and innovative (digital) solutions in a variety of contexts.

Brief description of the course
Process. Co-creation. Process leadership. The practices, mindset, attitudes of process leaders.
Mental models: systems thinking, working with systems, complexity and emergence.
Process planning tools, frameworks and methods.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- creates a strategic (digital) tool or material based on the course readings;
- together as a team creates a proposal for leading a strategic and engaging process in the context of chosen project;
