Course aims
Create prerequisites for association of educational knowledge with the school reality:
Support the acquisition of the skill of observation and analysing pedagogical situations and study environment;
Support student’s adaption with the teacher’s role and create the conditions of practising primary professional skills in conducting parts of lessons.

Brief description of the course
Getting acquainted with the school of , members of the staff and school organisation. Observation, minutes of and analysis of the teacher(s) lessons depending on the theme of observation. Taking the role of a support teacher in the lessons.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to see connections between knowledge of educational subjects and practical activities in school reality;
- is familiar with basic documents of teacher’s vocation;
- is able to observe and analyse: study environment at school, conducting a lesson, pupils’ activity at the lesson and teacher’s various duties at school,
- gives sense to events at school proceeding from the teacher's role and follow professional rules and ethical requirements.
