Course aims
To develop understanding and application skills about various web user interface frameworks and development tools.
Brief description of the course
The course introduces various web user interface frameworks and development tools, which can be used for building a working application based on the existing static user interface prototype.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to apply various design principles and standards for building a user interface;
- is able to use the selected framework for implementing a user interface based on the static prototype and to make it compatible with various client platforms;
- assesses and analyses user interfaces from the usability and accessibility perspectives and recommends suggestions for improvements.
