Course aims
The objective of the course is to familiarize students with recent approaches in Technology-enhanced Learning and Knowledge Management, including theoretical approaches, methodological and technological advances. Students should be enabled to include elements of the presented topics into their own research.
Brief description of the course
The course introduces several recent research topics in Technology-enhanced Learning and Knowledge Management including recent theories, methods and technologies. Examples of topics include: classroom orchestration; mobile and outside the classroom learning; workplace learning technology and approaches; learning design; Learning Analytics and multimodal measures of learning; e-Assessment; e-competence and information and digital literacy, information culture, information behaviour, information policy and strategies, assessment methods of information and knowledge management, information and knowledge audit.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- analyses theoretical and methodological approaches in technology-enhanced learning and knowledge management;
- is able to include elements of presented topics into own research.
