Course aims
Developing musical hearing through different melodies, chords and modes by singing and playing them on the piano.
Brief description of the course
To develop musical memory and hearing with oral memory dictations, intervals,and chords by naming and singing them. Hearing and singing different modes (diatonic, chromatic and full tone). Smaller groups also play all the activities on the piano.
Independent work
Between lectures, the student will independently practice the material passed through the lectures orally and piano, using among other things smart TVs and computer programs.
Learning outcomes in the course
Student is able to sing and to play on the piano different intervals, chords and musical modes (diatonic, chromatic and full tone)
