Course aims

Knowledges to perform practical gymnastic exercises as a teacher of physical education. Students have to be familiar with gymnastics and be able to perform gymnastics movements in order to demonstrate them.

Brief description of the course

Basic gymnastics :creative without and with apparatuses, composing of complex exercises. Acrobatics, combinations on apparatuses.Safety in gymnastics class . Composing of a class conspectus.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- is familiar with gymnastics and is able to perform gymnastics movements in order to demonstrate them;
- knows safety rules during teaching exercises, knows terminology of basic gymnasics.
