Course aims

To create occasions to reach knowledges in theoreticak and practical basic gymnastics.

Brief description of the course

Basic gymnastics, acrobatics, jumps. Combinations of exercises. Drill lessons. Theoretical knowledges and descriptions of basic gymnastics.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to study practical exercises, knows terminology of basic gymnastics, line exercises, orders, formations, artistic gymnastics and acrobatics;
- can do practical exercises on apparatuses and to perform in group gymnastics.
