Course aims

Give background information on the Baltic region issues, co-operation and foreign policy.

Brief description of the course

The course looks at the Baltic Sea states, their co-operation and foreign policy.

The course consists of lectures and seminars with presentations. Before the presentation or two weeks after the presentation the written paper must be presented.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- has knowledge on the Baltic Sea states, their foreign policy and co-operation;
- has ability to analyse this knowledge and use it
