Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- acquires basic knowledge of amino acids, chemical properties of proteins and structural hierarchy of proteins;
- get an overview of the relationships between protein functions and structure and research methods;
- get an overview of the chemical synthesis process of peptides and proteins.
