Course aims

Linking the knowlege and skills in the area of Home Economics. To popularize the specialty. This is a subject for students from Handicraft and Home Economics or Integrated Technology and Craft.

Brief description of the course

Participating in the project from home economics area. The course will examine various projects and ways of conducting these. Students participate in various projects, taking part of all the steps of a project from the idea into summarizing. The subject ends with the analysis of conducted project.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to associate learned knowledge and skills in particular project;
- knows the basics of teamwork and is able to analyse his/her own contribution to the project;
- is able to set a timetable according to the tasks under given project.
