Course aims
Major. To reinforce the knowledge acquired in the course, Advertising Theory I, by means of problem solving and creative tasks and to gain a deeper knowledge in advertising psychology incl. advertising psychonomy.
Brief description of the course
The course deals with the areas of advertising theory, practical advertising and the principles of organising an advertising campaign as well as the criteria for assessing advertisements. Students practise planning an advertising campaign. The course ends with a practical project on organising an advertising campaign.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has knowledge of psychological regularities of the reception and processing of advertising;
- has ability to link theoretical knowledge with professional practice.
