Course aims
To support the development of competencies for critically assessing educational intervention programs (incl. programs supporting the social-emotional development of learners).
Brief description of the course
The course focuses mainly on analysing the nature and efficiency of different educational programs designed to support the development of social-emotional competencies of learners.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- Is familiar with contemporary views on social-emotional processes and possibilities for supporting their development;
- Is able to analyse the nature and efficiency of different educational intervention programs based on an evidence-based understanding of the relevant psychological processes.
