Course aims
To support students with knowledge and skills to lead and evaluate an innovation project.
Brief description of the course
The course prepares prospective graduates to be agents/leaders of change in organisations, communities, or networks. It covers topics in learning, non-formal learning, and workplace learning and provides insight into technological options that support learning. It covers topics relating to organising, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and compiling project reports in the context of the project’s life cycle using digital tools and resources to facilitate Digital Transformation in organisations.

During the course, the project will be carried in teams consisting of andragogy and educational technology students, project partners and experts.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- will be able to apply various technological and methodological possibilities to support workplace and non-formal learning;
- can select appropriate theories for implementing the project;
- will be able to plan and lead digital transformation projects (made up of interdisciplinary members/experts) from inception through completion to evaluation and handing over to relevant stakeholders;
- will be able to recommend schemes/plans to ensure the sustainability of implemented solutions (projects) in the organisation, network or community.
