Course aims
1. To support the collaboration of interdisciplinary andragogy and educational technology student teams and the development of a real life project.
2. To enable students to explore and articulate needs for change in organization, network or community.
3. To understand different technological possibilities for enhancing learning in various contexts.
4. Build capacity for conscious leadership of a development project.

Brief description of the course
Themes: The course incorporates the theories, principles and/or practices associated with the following themes:
co-creation, cooperation in a team, learning in an organization, community, or network, leading the development process, designing a development project in a real context, systems approach to mapping learning and innovation gaps in organization, digital learning tools, digital transformation.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understand the principles of co-creation and apply them as a team in designing the development project;
- uses various digital tools and instruments in teamwork and co-creation process;
- understands the possibilities of technology - enhanced learning to support learning in an organization, community or network;
- creates and visualizes possible project ideas and presents them as a team.
