Course aims
The overall aim of the course is to turnout graduates with abilities to lead digital transformation related projects in organizations and in society.
Brief description of the course
Project planning and management, communicating and reporting, managing change in adults learning and teaching;, team and collaboration (interpersonal) engagements, assessing and adapting digital tools (to needs), evidence-driven/based decision making in improvement processes.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- demonstrates competence of interdisciplinary cooperation with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds;
- plans and leads projects from inception through completion to evaluation;
- reflects on the partnership and negotiations for mutual vision for change or value-added transformation with stakeholders;
- communicates project progression and results with relevant digital tools and resources to stakeholders;
- recommends sustainability schemes for implemented solutions (implemented project) based on the evidence.
