Course aims
The course aims to enable students to understand the particularities of work in the Art Museum and provides opportunity to acquire practical experience in the work environment.

Museum as an educational and research institution.
Collection care and preservation policy; preparation and presentation of exhibitions.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Describes the care policies of the exhibits and the key principles of exhibition preparation.
Appreciates the work of museums in preserving, documenting, displaying and interpreting the history of art.
