Course aims

Chronological and compact overview of European history from 16th century reformation up to the congress of Vienna.

Brief description of the course

The History of the European World from the Reformation (1517) to the end of the French Revolution and Napoleon´s Era (1815). Religion, politics, economy, population, science, and cultural life of the most important countries in the early modern Europe. International relations in the early modern Europe. The Era of the Great French Revolution and its influence.
