Course aims
Module subject. The aim is to give students an overview of the evolution of civil law until its position in Estonian legal space. Civil law as the law of the broadest scope of regulation, is the basis for everyday legal acts, especially debt law, property law, family law, succession law, business law, etc.
Brief description of the course
Civil law: the concept, types, sources and position in the field of law. Natural persons, legal persons. Objects, things. Deals. Representation. Deadlines and limitation period. The concept of international civil law. Basics of civil procedure.
