Course aims

To give an overview of the mechanism and processes in a state instituion.

Brief description of the course

Processes in a state institution; fiscal politics; structures in state institutions and ministries, their purposes.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- knows the legislation that regulate the economic affairs of public agencies
- knows the principles of budgeting and financial management in public agencies;
- is able to analyze economic decisions made in public agencies.
