Course aims
The aim of the course is to provide a comprehensive overview of the content, concepts, theories, research methods and applications of developmental psychology.
Brief description of the course
This course will cover the relevant core theories, concepts, research and methods of developmental psychology as well as provide an overview of basic principles of lifespan development.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- knows and understands theoretical approaches of developmental psychology;
- knows and understands methods for carrying out research in developmental psychology;
- iknows and understands basic regularities of development and age-related regularities.
