Course aims
Elective (open); to pass on the knowledge about expression of fusion proteins in E.coli, recombinant product purification and analysis.
Brief description of the course
Preparation of competent cells, transformation, fusion protein expression, purification and analysis.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Student is capable to express and purify fusion proteins with affinity chromatography and analyse process and results.
