Course aims
Elective (open); to pass on the knowledge about recombinant protein synthesis in eukaryotes, bacteriophages and yeast.

Gene expression in eukaryotes, bacteriophages and yeast; protein targeting;
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Undesrtands the basics of gene expression in eukaryotes; knows the principle of protein targeting; handles speciality literature on method level; primer diasin with mutations.
