Course aims
The aim of the internship is to understand the field of adult education and adult training, experience challenges and trends, and gain a better understanding of the various application areas of adult education, including formal, non-formal, and informal adult education.

Brief description of the course
The internship is based on the knowledge acquired in academic studies, the student's previous practical experiences, and requires their reflective and independent action. The internship is an essential part of the curriculum, and the student completes it before the bachelor's examination.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understands the functioning, trends, and issues of adult education and training application areas;
- has an overview of the application areas of adult education;
- develops a plan for practical activities, implements it, and evaluates it;
- analyzes and evaluates the training process taking place in the organization;
- prepares a theoretically and methodically justified development project for training;
- is capable of presenting an overview of the internship and self-analysis.
