Course aims
Create opportunities for:
- gaining an overview of the practical activities of adult education institutions;
- awareness and understanding of the field of andragogy, the role of the andragogist, and (values) understanding;
- comprehension of theoretical concepts of reflection and reflective practice, thereby supporting reflective learning.

Brief description of the course
Applications of andragogy in various practical contexts (public, private, and third sectors). Organizing and analyzing study visits. Interpreting the field of andragogy and reflecting on one's developmental perspectives. Theories, concepts, and processes of critical reflection. Opportunities and scope for reflection. Written reflection and its classification options. Reflective practice and reflection methods in adult education.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understands the principles of training and development activities of various organizations;
- analyzes professionalism in the activities of an andragogist;
- analyzes their developmental perspectives as an andragogist, using opportunities for reflection;
- distinguishes between types and depths of reflection;
- applies reflection methods suitable for the learning situation;
- supports reflective learning in adults.
