Brief description of the course
Introduction to entrepreneurship, strategic management aspects and business plan basics of SME. marketing as key aspect, main trends in marketing today. Entrepreneurial environment, human recourse management, social environment. Organizational structure and managing the company, fiscal policy, investment policy. Risk analyses and management. SWOT analyses. Individual work: make overview of scientific article on entrepreneurship, and present report on analyses made on chosen company.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understands concepts and aspects of establishing and leading a company
- can analyze business performance of the company
- knows the risks of the company and how to control them
- knows the basics of designing business plan
