Course aims
To provide students with the opportunity to further develop acquired knowledge and skills by putting them into practice in actual work related situations
Brief description of the course
Within contact hours of the course, students will review and supplement the acquired theoretical basis and main concepts within the study field (e.g. motivational climate, group processes) and create individual practical intervention plans. Within independent work hours, students will be implementing set plans in their work environments. Acquired experiences will be analyzed and discussed throughout the course.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has developed and supplemented one's professional knowledge and skills in the domain of sports- and performance psychology;
- is able to analyze one's work-related challenges and needs;
- is able to implement acquired knowledge and skills relevant to the challenges and needs.
