Course aims

Create basic skills in lifesaving and teaching swimming methodology. To support acquiring techniques of swimming starts and turns.

Brief description of the course

Lifesaving How to help a tired swimmer. Acquiring technique of swimming starts and turns. Mastering swimming teaching methodology. Individual work with literature. Creating video of exercises in swimming techniques.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- has acquired lifesaving, techniques of swimming starts and turns and teaching methodology;
- is able to see mistakes in swimming.
