Course aims

To give an overview about possibilities for creating an animations in a kindergarten learning process and to support practical skills to create different animations

Brief description of the course

History of animation. Phases of creating animation. Scenario. Frame. Animation types. Model animation technique. Pixilation.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
Student:
• Orients in history of animation and in the basic of creation
• Knows different types of animations
• Analyses the possibilities to use animations in kindergarten learning process
• Knows the software needed for animation creation
• Is capable to create different animations taking into consideration the basics of creating animation and references to the National Curriculum for pre-school educational establishments
• Uses suitable equipment and software to create animations
