Course aims
The course provides an overview of basic issues of administrative law, concepts, principles and sources, civil service, administrative procedure, administrative actions, administrative measures, supervision, administrative coercion, state liability, also experience in writing and presenting a thematic paper on administrative law.
Brief description of the course
Introducing theoretical foundations of administrative law, concepts, feature, functioning and classification of administrative organs, concepts of civil service, administrative procedure, administrative actions, the material and formal lawfulness of administrative measures, discretion of public administration, sets of rules that regulate supervision, administrative coercion and state liability.
