Course aims
Core subject. The students acquire the skill necessary for sewing trousers and blouses.
Brief description of the course
Trousers: the basic pattern, designs, cutting out, sewing, fitting, final pressing. Blouse: construction of basic patterns, designs, technology of sewing collars, closures, sleeves, cutting out, sewing, fitting, final pressing.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Can use and take care for sewing machine;
Can use tracing patterns;
Can cut out details and mark them;
Can fit the garment.
