Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
-- knows and knows the goals of high school chemistry teaching and knows how to choose appropriate learning methods, tools and forms to achieve the goals;
-prepares a work plan and three primary lesson plans for one high school class under the guidance of a mentor teacher;
-can integrate chemistry learning with other subjects, deal with cross-cutting topics;
-observes his mentor teacher for at least two full school days in order to notice different parts of the lesson and to analyze at least two lessons;
-can create evaluation models and, in cooperation with the teacher, applies one evaluation model to the evaluation of classwork/tests, etc., in order to find out the subject-related competencies of the study group and learners;
-creates one demonstration experiment - chooses a topic under the guidance of the teacher, prepares a guide and a worksheet to be distributed to the students (the worksheet ensures that the students form the correct conclusions after the experiment) and conducts the created experiment in class;
-- analyzes the results and adjusts the worksheet accordingly.
