Course aims
Linking and applying the home economics related knowledge and skills in practice, popularizing the specialty.
Brief description of the course
Carrying out a thematic project on home economics from idea to final result. Various catering tasks are organized and performed. The subject deepens the application of knowledge and skills acquired in home economics subject courses.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to associate knowledge and skills when carrying out the project;
- knows the principles of teamwork and is able to analyze one's contribution to the project;
- is able to plan time according to the nature of the given task.
