Course aims
To give an overview of diagnostic criteria and treatment possibilities of mental disorders.
Brief description of the course
During the course students get acquainted with the causes of mental disorders, their symptoms and diagnostics according to the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Knowledge about the causes and symptoms of mental disorders; ability to use the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10 for the information search; ability to understand and analyse sample cases.
