Course aims
To develop the skills needed to plan and carry out a facilitation process and to support readiness for the independent facilitation of creative activities. The course prepares versatile creative practitioners who can facilitate integrated music, art and multimedia activities for different target groups, taking contemporary learning approaches and technological possibilities into account.
Brief description of the course
The course examines the role of the facilitator, creativity and motivation, and the creation of a motivating learning environment. It analyses the possibilities and limitations of e-learning and digital tools, including AI tools, in creative subjects. Topics include learning approaches, goal-setting and planning of activities, and taking age-related and cultural differences into account. A significant emphasis is placed on entrepreneurial creativity and personal branding.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- knows the factors influencing the development of creativity and uses theoretical knowledge in planning teaching activities;
- distinguishes contemporary approaches to learning and takes age and cultural differences into account while supporting social and environmental responsibility;
- plans personal work as a facilitator and understands the importance of personal branding and communication in developing a creative career.
