Course aims
Practice I creates prerequisites for the formation of practical skills in the field of andragogy and interpreting the role of andragogy.
Brief description of the course
Familiarisation with the training and development activities of various organisations. Analysis of training and development activities. Interpreting the role of an andragogue and mapping of the labour market. Familiarisation with the community of andragogues, and planning and conducting activities for the community.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understands the training and development activities of organisations;
- is able to analyse and relate practical situations to theories;
- understands and analyses the possibilities of the role of an andragogue;
- is able to compile a practice portfolio, including an overview of practice and self-analysis.
