Course aims
The objective of internship is to understand the functional connections, problems and trends of the application fields of adult education and adult training and to get an overview of the application domains of adult education (formal, non-formal and informaladult education).
Brief description of the course
Getting acquainted with the training activities of one organisation (educational institutions, agencies, training organisations). Analysis and evaluation of the training activities, and devising the developmental plan. Defining the objective of the training and/or developmental project. Devising the training and/or developmental project according to the principles of compiling the project and the methods of project management, bearing in mind the concrete organisation and situation.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understands the functional connections, trends and problems of the domains of adult education and training;
- has a clear overview of the domains of adult education;
- is capable of choosing a practice base;
- compiles an action plan for pedagogical practice carries it out and evaluates it;
- analyses and evaluates the training process that takes place in school;
- compiles a development project of training that is theoretically and methodologically reasoned;
- is able to compile a practice portfolio and present an overview of the practice and self-analysis in it.
