Course aims

To create opportunities for applying acquired knowledge and developed skills in practice, including in the international context.

Brief description of the course

Implementing a development project to solve a problem in the work environment. Collecting evidences to monitore implemented solution and assessing the impact of the change. Planning suggestions for next steps at different levels: policies, organisation of work, organisation of the employee's work.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- is familiar with the everyday work of the specialist in chosen area and is aware of how to apply acquired knowledge in practice;
- implements evidence based projects to create innovative solutions.
