Course aims

To create opportunities for applying acquired knowledge and developed skills in practice, including in the international context.

Brief description of the course

Identifying the problem in the work environment that requires a solution, preparing a development project. Evidence-based change management. Design and action research. Mapping the applications of similar changes in different countries, monitoring one example in depth.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- identifies the needs of the change in educational institution or on other levels of the educational system;
- applies acquired knowledge into practice designing action plan to achieve planned changes;
- creates design or action research plan.
