Course aims
Create possibilities to acquire the theoretical knowledge, didactic and practical skills necessary for a primary school teacher and support the development of competences necessary to work as a primary school teacher teaching art in forms 1.-3.
Brief description of the course
Drawing up work plan for art study. Lesson of art. Conversations about art. Various techniques and materials. Visiting exhibitions and museums. Keeping, forming, presenting works of art (portfolio, frames, exhibition). Assessment.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has knowledge and practical skills in art education;
- can plan, conduct and analyse art lessons;
- has knowledge of assessing results of art study.
