Course aims

Goal ist to strengthen theoretical knowledge of information and knowledge management and to implement the acquire knowledge in analyzing processes of information in one specific organization.

Brief description of the course

A student has to accomplish defined tasks and to make a report to analyze internship. In the end of the course the student has to give an overview of the organization where the internship took place, to describe the achievements and final results.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- knows how to analyze different information and knowledge management - opportunities and technologies in an organisation;
knows different information sources and is able to use them;
- is able to define the personnel information needs.
