Course aims
To design and develop students' knowledge about the creation and distribution of multimedia products. To develop practical skills in the development of multimedia products.
Brief description of the course
Website as a means of multimedia transmission, multimedia elements on the web. Streaming media principles and key technologies. Creating simpler interactive websites. Website design.
The main part of the course consists of lectures and internships, where students are expected to think actively and work together.
As part of the course, students will be able to create a simpler interactive website with multimedia elements on their own.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- knows and is familiar with the principles of creating a website and using media files and the most important features of the Javascript programming language;
- is able to independently create interactive web pages containing multimedia.
