Course aims
To enable implementation and learning by doing of project management skills and knowledge during the execution and control of real project.
Brief description of the course
The course begins with introduction to methods of software development. Every student will execute one small project. It is recommended that the development is based on project plan that was created in the end of previous – Project Management – course but also the change or refine of the plan is accepted. Normally development means writing the software code but because the different background of the students it van be also development of digital learning content or analyse of exploitation of existing software. Important is that the project is related with use of ICT in education. In the end of the course students present their project outcome and make self-evaluation.

Control and analyze projects, see the strengths and weaknesses, can see the solutions to avoid same mistakes in the future.
